1. Each Driving Lesson is a minimum of 1 hour
Each Road Test Session is a minimum of 2 hours including 45 minute warm-up.
Each Driving Lesson will have a minimum of 55 minutes practice time.
2. If you wish to cancel a driving lesson, we require 48 hours notice otherwise a cancellation fee of $100.00 will be assessed. 2a. Note: For canceling a road test appointment made by (Greatest Drivers Academy), we require 72 hours notice, as we must notify ICBC. Failure to give Greatest Drivers Academy sufficient notice may result in the student having to pay a $25 Road Test Cancellation Fee to ICBC.
3. Payment must be made no later than the end of each driving lesson or road test session. There will be no refund for driving lessons or road test sessions that have taken place. If the student has pre-paid for driving lessons or a road test session, there will be no refund given in cases of insufficient notice of cancellation (see 2 and 2a above).
4. Students must provide a valid BC Learners Drivers Licence or Drivers Licence, including foreign drivers’ licence before the first lesson. Students must carry their licence at all times during training.
5. There will be a maximum of 3 people (1 observing) in the Greatest Drivers Academy vehicle during the student’s lesson time.
6. Road tests can be booked either by the student or the Greatest Drivers Academy. The student must sign a consent and release form before Greatest Drivers Academy may book a road test on their behalf. Students must be in an active training program, taking driving lessons, within xx days of a road test booked by Greatest Drivers Academy reserves the right to cancel any road test appointments it has made.
PRESENTING ORIGINAL DRIVER'S LICENSE POLICIES
Students must ensure that they carry their original driver's license (regardless of class) with them at all times during each lesson they attend. Failure to present the original driver's license will result in the cancellation of the lesson and the lesson will not be held. Planned change. The cost of the course(s) will be borne by the students.
PAYMENTS
All payments must be made at the time of booking and are subject to applicable taxes. Payments accepted are cash, wire transfer or credit card online through the school's website.

REFUND POLICY (PACKAGE LESSON STUDENTS ONLY)
Lesson package students who withdraw at any time after the first lesson, will be charged a separate lesson fee for each lesson they have attended. Additionally, a $42.00 processing fee will apply and the remaining balance will be refunded.
LATE CANCELLATIONS
To cancel any lesson, at least 48 hours notice is required:
- Any cancellation notice received less than 48 hours from the scheduled lesson date and time is subject to a $40.00 fee.
- Any cancellation notice received in less than 24 hours from the scheduled date and time of the lesson is subject to the payment of the entire amount of the relevant lesson.
- Students who do not show up for their appointment will be responsible for the whole course.
CODE OF CONDUCT
We ask that you treat our team with respect! The school will not tolerate abusive, aggressive or threatening behavior towards our team members. Additionally, anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be denied service. In the event of any of these circumstances, the school reserves the right to cancel a student's course without refund. Please help us make your learning experience a positive one.
ROAD TEST BOOKING SERVICE
To book a road test visit ICBC.com. Alternatively, you can ask the school to provide the reservation on your behalf for a fee of $30 per reservation or $30 per change. Any road test reservations or changes require a signed student agreement.
Students understand that if they do not attend a road test appointment booked on their behalf without giving at least 48 hours notice of cancellation or a reason not satisfactory to ICBC, they will each be charged a fee by ICBC. I missed the road test time. This fee is in addition to the usual road test fees.
LESSON DURATION
The duration of each lesson may be different depending on the sleeping package. Minimum one hour and maximum 90 minutes.
Package Expiry policy
All packages must be completed and consumed within 12 months of the student's first lesson date. After this period, the package will expire and the outstanding lesson(s) will be null and void.
Additional Passengers
There is a $40 per lesson surcharge for each additional passenger carried. (except parents)
